Return and Refund Policy
Order Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us at actioncopmusic@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once we confirm an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments
Orders that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require you to cover the cost of reshipping the item.
Returns & Exchanges
Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or printing error. Please double-check sizes and product details before ordering.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size/color
- Items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Minor differences in colors between the digital mockup and the final product

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
